The Yampa Valley and Steamboat Springs welcomes the triathlon world back on August 30, 2009.  With spectacular mountains as a backdrop, triathletes swim ¾-mile in beautiful Lake Catamount, ride 20 miles on mostly flat paved roads, and end with a 4-mile run on mixed pavement and dirt roads.
